Our CHINESE ICE CREAM MACHINES are highly reliable and can’t be beat for quality and price. They come in a variety of sizes and can make ice cream in as little as 9 minutes. Colorful large touch screen controller. Production control mode can be flexibly selected, and can accuratelyset texture hardness. We recommend the 3-phase models with air cooling, All of the floor models come with a European compressor and expansion valve. COMBO BATCH/PASTEURIZER pasteurizes, then decants into batch freezer. Use both at same time, saves space.THE MINI: Small, but powerful for making high quality premium ice cream. Patented blender, mechanical controller, easily cleaned. PASTEURIZER/HOMOGINIZER/AGER, ideal for larger batches of raw milk mix, completely automated cycle chills afer pasteurizing.
BLAST FREEZERS are used to harden ice cream rapidly and the faster, the more creamy. Theses machines come in a variety of sizes and chill to -40C. That will freeze ice cream as hard as a rock in about 30 minutes. Many sizes.
EUROPEAN MACHINES: Our EUROPEAN SNOWMAN machines are much more heavily built than our Chinese models but are about 30% more expensive. They are virtualy indesyructible. We have never had a service call for them. They use a heavier semi-hermetic compressor, designed to run for about 20 years. All European components.
SNOWMAN extrudes ice cream much colder than the Chinese models which makes the ice cream stand taller and can be more fully decorated. The product is cold enough to put directly into a display freezer without hardening in a blast freezer. We usually recommend these units in places where it is difficult to get service because these machines rarely if ever need any. Available air or water-cooled

Our SOFT SERVE MACHINES (right) are made in China by a very reliable company with whom we have been working with for 17 years. Most of them are 2-flavors plus mix and come with a variety of options. Tens of thousands of soft serve machines are sold every year and their price is very competative. If you se a “bargain” there is usually a reason why they are cheaper. Ours are high quality at a good price.
Our ECONOMICAL SOFT SERVE MACHINE (left) comes in 1-3 flavors, is very reliable, easy to clean and ideal for the small shop with a lower volumen than restaurants.
It can be left running 24 hours and only needs cleaning every 4-5 days. Can alos make smoothies, milkshakes and slush

Our CONE MAKERS (RIGHT) are very heavily built and durablewit heavy iron plates and a big transformer. They make a cone in about 1 minute. We also sell the batter powder, to which you add eggs and butter. It is impossible fro anyone to smell a cooking cone without stopping. Our CREPE MACHINES are basically just low-temperature hot plates with a Teflon surface an make crepes in about 5 minutes. The crepe powder is also available.Ice cream be rolled into crepes or they can be filled with a fruit compote and sauces and the ice cream served on the side. Crepes and be folded twice to make a cone into which one can put an ice cream sundae.
